RETURNS POLICY

Returns can be requested via email at: info@amaecapsule.com

ALL FULL-PRICE ITEMS MAY BE RETURNED TO AMAE CAPSULE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE 206/2005. THE RETURN MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED. TO REQUEST A RETURN, PRODUCTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• THE PACKAGING OF THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE INTACT AND NOT DAMAGED.
• PRODUCTS MUST NOT BE WASHED OR USED IN ANY WAY.
• NO LABELS OR SEALS MUST HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE GARMENTS.
• PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED, WITHOUT ANY IMPERFECTIONS, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH
• NO SIGNS OF WEAR.
• EACH ITEM MUST INCLUDE ALL ACCESSORIES AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT WAS RECEIVED WITH THE ORDER.

RETURN PROCESS

All customers wishing to return items must request return authorization via email at the following address: [info@amaecapsule.com](mailto:info@amaecapsule.com).

Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The following two procedures apply to all countries and to every item purchased on AMAE CAPSULE.

Voucher of equal value to the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, usable on all items available on the website.

Refund of the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, issued within 14 days from receipt of the goods using the same payment method used to confirm the order (Refunds are not provided via reimbursement for: items purchased on sale, items purchased through 3X2 promotions, items with a value lower than €50).

SALE ITEMS: Customers who choose to return an item purchased on sale will receive a voucher equal to the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, usable on all items available on the website.

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH 3X2 PROMOTION: Customers who choose to return items purchased through a 3X2 promotion will receive a voucher equal to the total amount spent, divided by the number of returned items (regardless of their individual price), excluding shipping costs, usable on all items available on the website.

By indicating the order number and the item to be returned, an email will be sent by the returns department with instructions on how to proceed with the return/exchange.

If the customer ships the return using an invalid shipping label, we are not responsible in case of damage or loss of the package.

In Italy and for the rest of the world, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The deadline for shipping the return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided that the request was made within 48 hours.
AMAE CAPSULE reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the established conditions.

It is possible to request one size exchange/return per order. Any replacement of the product is to be considered a commercial courtesy and does not constitute a new sales contract.

Therefore, further returns or exchanges are not permitted for items that have already been subject to a previous return or replacement.
