Do shipping costs apply?
Shipping costs are €5 for orders under €59.99. For orders over €59.99, worldwide shipping is free. Any customs duties, depending on the destination, are the responsibility of the customer.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, except for Chile, where we are currently unable to deliver.

Which courier do you use?
In Italy, we use the following couriers: SDA, GLS Express, Amazon, and DHL. For international shipments, we use FedEx and ePaket.

How can I contact you?

For issues related to orders, shipping, and returns, please write to us via email. We respond to all inquiries, both via email and direct messages on Instagram, within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. The order is processed the day after it is received, or on Monday if the order is placed during the weekend. In Italy, delivery occurs within 10-12 working days from the order acceptance. Any delays or split deliveries do not entitle the customer to refuse the goods or request a refund. Upon ordering, you will immediately receive a confirmation email, followed by a communication with the tracking number once the order is shipped. You can track the shipment status in the "Order Tracking" section of our website by entering the order number and the email used for the purchase.

Can I track my package?
Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can check the shipping status in the "Order Tracking" section of our website.

What happens if no one is home to accept the delivery?
The courier will make two delivery attempts. If the second attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, the package will be returned to the sender, and a new delivery will need to be arranged.

What happens if I don't include the house number in the address?
If the house number is not included in the address, Amae Capsule is not responsible for any delivery failures. However, assistance can be provided by sending an email to info@amaecapsule.com within 24 hours of order confirmation. At any time, we are available to assist you with package tracking.
