SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Amae Capsule ships worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the order amount.

• Free Shipping: All orders over €59.99 qualify for free shipping both within Italy and internationally.
• Paid Shipping: For orders under €59.99, the shipping cost is €5.00.

Shipments are carried out from Monday to Friday. Order processing takes place within 1-2 days from order receipt (for orders placed over the weekend, processing will occur on Monday).

• Italy/Rest of the World: The estimated delivery time for orders destined for Italy and the Rest of the World is 10 business days from order processing.
• Other Countries: For the following destinations, estimated delivery times range from 12 to 15 business days: Romania, Czech Republic, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Austria, Poland, Greece, Mexico, Switzerland, Principality of Monaco.

Upon placing an order, Amae Capsule immediately sends a confirmation via email. Subsequently, when the order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number. The package will be trackable the day after receiving the tracking email.

The indicated delivery times are purely indicative and not binding. In the event of delays, split deliveries, or any discrepancies in shipping times, the customer will not be entitled to refuse the goods nor request compensation or indemnity.

Amae Capsule is not responsible for delays due to force majeure, such as unforeseen events beyond the company's control, including natural disasters, strikes, customs delays, or other circumstances related to third parties.

Amae Capsule assumes no responsibility for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied, which will be borne by the customer.

Shipping Times During the New Collection Production Period

We inform our customers that, due to the production phase of the new collection, shipping times may be extended by up to a maximum of 10 business days. This period concerns orders placed between January and February. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we are working to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible.
