RETURN POLICY

ALL FULL PRICE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED TO AMAE CAPSULE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED ACCORDING TO THE LEGISLATIVE DECREE. 206/2005. THE RETURN MUST BE COMMUNICATED WITHIN AND NO LATER THAN 48 HOURS FROM THE DATE ON WHICH THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED. TO REQUEST A RETURN, THE PRODUCTS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

THE PACKAGING OF THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED MUST BE INTACT AND NOT BROKEN.
THE PRODUCTS MUST NOT BE WASHED OR USED IN ANY WAY.
NONE OF THE LABELS OR SEALS MUST HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE CLOTHING.
THE PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED, WITHOUT IMPERFECTIONS, IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITHOUT SIGNS OF WEAR.
EACH ITEM MUST INCLUDE ALL ACCESSORIES AND THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT WAS RECEIVED WITH THE ORDER.
RETURNS PROCESS

All customers who wish to return the goods must request return authorization by email to the following address: info@amaecapsule.com.

The following two procedures are valid for all countries and for each item purchased on AMAE CAPSULE.

Voucher of the same value as the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, which can be used on all items on the site.

Refund of the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, made within 14 days of receiving the goods via the same payment method used to confirm the order (Refunds via credit are not available for: Items purchased on sale, Items purchased through 3X2 promo, Items worth less than €50).

ITEMS ON SALE: The customer who decides to make use of the return following the purchase of an item on sale will receive a voucher of the same value as the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, which can be used on all the items on the site.

ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THE 3X2 PROMO: The customer who decides to make use of the return following the purchase through the 3X2 promo will receive a voucher of the same value as the amount spent, excluding shipping costs, which can be used on all the items on the site.

By indicating the order number and the item you wish to return, an email will be sent by the returns manager with the instructions for proceeding with the return/exchange of the goods.

If the customer sends the shipment with an invalid shipping label, we are not responsible if the package is damaged or lost.

In Italy and for the rest of the world, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

The deadline for shipping the return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, communicated no later than 48 hours.
AMAE CAPSULE reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all established conditions.
