Shipping costs vary for each destination country.

In Italy, shipping is FREE from €59.99

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, the Shipment is processed the day after receipt (Monday if Ordered on the Weekend), in Italy Delivery takes place within 10/12 working days of acceptance of the Order.

For the following countries, delivery times are 13/18 working days:

Romania, Luxembourg, Croatia, Slovenia, Poland, Greece, Mexico, Switzerland

When ordering, Amae Capsule immediately sends the order confirmation, subsequently upon shipment Amae will send another email with the shipment tracking, the morning after receiving the tracking email you will be able to track the package.

The delivery times indicated by Amae must be considered purely indicative and a delay compared to them, or any delivery made with subsequent split shipments does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
