SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMES

Amae Capsule ships worldwide. Shipping costs vary based on the order amount and destination.

Free Shipping: Orders over €59.99 benefit from free shipping both within Italy and internationally.

Paid Shipping: For orders under €59.99, the shipping cost is €5.00.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Order processing occurs on the next business day after receiving the order (for orders placed over the weekend, processing will take place on Monday).

Italy/Rest of the World: Estimated delivery times for orders to Italy and the Rest of the World are between 10 and 12 business days from order confirmation.

Other Countries: For the following destinations, estimated delivery times are between 13 and 18 business days: Romania, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Poland, Greece, Mexico, Switzerland, and Monaco.

When the order is placed, Amae Capsule sends an immediate confirmation via email. Then, when the order is shipped, you will receive a second email containing the tracking number. The package will be trackable the day after receiving the email with the tracking information.

The delivery times indicated are purely estimates and are not binding. In the case of delays, partial deliveries, or discrepancies in shipping times, the customer will not have the right to refuse the goods nor claim compensation or indemnities.

Amae Capsule is not responsible for delays due to force majeure events, such as unforeseen circumstances beyond the company's control, including natural disasters, strikes, customs processing delays, or other third-party-related issues.

Amae Capsule is not liable for any customs duties or taxes that may be applied, as these will be at the customer's expense.

Shipping Times During the New Collection Production Period

We inform our customers that, due to the production phase of the new collection, shipping times may be extended by up to 10 business days. This period applies to orders placed between January and mid-February. We apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we are working to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible.
