How long does it take for an ordered product to arrive?
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, the Shipment is processed the day after receipt (Monday if Ordered on the Weekend), in Italy Delivery takes place 10/12 working days from acceptance of the Order.
When ordering, Amae Capsule immediately sends the order confirmation, subsequently upon shipment Amae will send another email with the shipment tracking, you can check the shipping status in our ORDER TRACKING section, or on the website www.gls-italy. com https://www.poste.it/
Is it possible to locate my package?
Yes, you will receive an email following the order, with the tracking number. You can check the shipping status in our ORDER TRACKING section, also on the website www.gls-italy.com https://www.poste.it/
What happens if there is no one at home to accept the delivery?
The Courier will make two delivery attempts, after which the package will be made available to you for collection at the nearest logistics and shipping center.
We remind you that parcels must be collected no later than 5 days from the date shown on the tracking of the attempted delivery, or from the attempted delivery postcard if left by the post office.
What happens if I don't include the house number in the address?
If you have forgotten to enter the house number in your address, the courier will make two unsuccessful delivery attempts, after which it will be stored for a few days in the logistics and shipping center closest to the home address you entered.
We remind you that parcels must be collected no later than 5 days from the date shown on the tracking of the attempted delivery, or from the attempted delivery postcard if left by the post office. If the package is not collected within these deadlines there is the possibility of sending the package back with additional payment in the "Redelivery" section.
