RETURN POLICY

You can request a return by emailing us at: info@amaecapsule.com

All full-priced items may be returned to Amae Capsule within 14 days from the delivery date, in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005. The return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Return Conditions:
The original packaging must be intact and undamaged.

Items must not have been worn, washed, or used in any way.

All tags and security seals must be attached and unaltered.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and free from any signs of wear.

Each item must include all accessories and packaging materials received with the order.

Return Procedure
Customers must request return authorization by sending an email to info@amaecapsule.com, including the order number and the item(s) they wish to return.
Our Returns Department will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.

⚠️ Please note: If the customer uses an invalid or unauthorized return label, Amae Capsule will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both within Italy and internationally.
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order, and the return request must be communicated within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Options
Store Credit for the full value of the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs. This credit can be used on any item available on our website.

Refund of the item(s), excluding shipping costs, processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used at checkout.

⚠️ Refunds are not available for:

Items purchased with a discount of 30% or more

Items bought under the 3x2 promotion

Sale items under €50 or those purchased using discount codes

Sale Items
Items purchased on sale are eligible for return only in exchange for store credit, equal to the amount paid (excluding shipping), which can be used on any product on the website.

Items Purchased via 3x2 Promotion
For items bought using the 3x2 promotion, customers will receive store credit equal to the total amount paid, minus the number of items returned (regardless of their individual value), excluding shipping costs.
